From North:
Take Route 1 South to the Toughkenamon Exit. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left. You are now on Newark Road. Take this road and cross over Old Baltimore Pike (Traffic Light). After crossing Old Baltimore Pike the church is just a short distance on the left (Corner of Newark Rd and Main St. in the Tower Center Plaza). If you cross over the rail road tracks you have just passed the church.
From South:

From Hockessin, Delaware:
Take Route 41 North into PA. Follow 41 North to Newark Road (traffic light, there is a Sunoco Gas Station on the corner) turn right and stay on Newark road as soon as you cross the railroad tracks the church is on the right.
